Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your TradeOff account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, profile, services, trade history, messages, and reviews are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How to delete your account in the app
Account deletion is done directly inside the TradeOff app. Follow these steps:

Open TradeOff and sign in
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the profile tab, then tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

Tap "Data & Privacy"
This is listed under the Account section of Settings.

Tap "Delete Account"
Found under the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm deletion
You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile, name, bio, photo, and contact details
- All services and listings you have posted
- All trade proposals, active trades, and trade history
- All messages and conversations
- Reviews you have written or received
- Your wishlist and saved items
- Notification preferences and device tokens
Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data at Settings → Data & Privacy → Download My Data.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to sign in, contact us and we will delete your account manually:
support@tradeoff.uk
Please include the email address associated with your account. We aim to process manual deletion requests within 30 days.
